Expungement and or Dismal under state laws, be recognized under Federal Law and or Military Law. Which would allow people who have done everything needed too have there record dismissed or expunged under state laws, Have the right to join the Military, Run for public office, peace officers ect, and not be judged by what they did but what they are doing to improve their lives and the society.
