This petition is asking the President to give pardons to 10s of thousands of people who have been charged with non-violent crimes to be pardon and expunged by executive order from those crimes and their records. Expunge All records from State and federal Government records.
Qualifications; After 25 years of crime free and incarceration free status each qualified persons record(s) would be pardon and expunged automatically. This person would have demonstrated he or she has been rehabilitated thus demonstrating they are an active reliably member of society. This system is already used for Driver’s License in most states. It gives each person a goal to not commit new crimes.
