Extend active grandparents the right to visit with grandchildren that have a close bond with them.

Grandparents of minor grandchildren's should be allowed visitation in all states regardless of the relationship between parents and grandparents, as long as that relationship is loving and wanted by both grandchildren and grandparents. Children who spend a great deal of time with their grandchildren, could become emotionally affected by being denied visits with grandparents. If there is a healthy, loving bond between grandparents and grandchildren, no one should deny that relationship. Minor children have no say legally and this kind of separation can create a very unhealthy emotional issue for the children who are bonded to the grandparents.
