Extend and promote citizen's arrests rights across the nation.

Across the nation gun violence is spreading. Abusers, thieves, rapists, molesters, and even terrorists lie just beneath law enforcement's radar. Citizens witness these crimes on a daily basis across the nation, helpless to do anything without fear of their own prosecution. There was a time in their once great nation when a man could defend his home, his neighbors home, his children and his neighbors' children without fear of his own prosecution. Legal citizen's arrests were once an efficient tool aiding law enforcement in hindering and deterring criminal activity. Re-establishing those once strong bonds between the law abiding citizens and their local law enforcement may well help slow criminal activity without vigilantism.
