We the people of the United States of America

"hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness."

We should extend these rights and basic rights as determined in the Constitution for peoples of all nationalities in the territory of the United States, and not just citizens.

A British, Austrailian, etc. (any nationality) are entitled to the freedom of speech, press, etc. no matter their citizenship.
