Extend The College Cost Reduction and Access Act, HR 2669 to ProBoard certified volunteer firefighters who contribute over 800 hours a year of service time to their communities. Volunteer firefighters contribute a significant portion of their time responding to emergencies and training to meet the certification standards at no cost to the taxpayer.
