We ask the President and his Administration, to review and revise DOD policy restricting commissary use by DOD civilian personell. Food price inflation along with a federal pay freeze has created significant burdens on DOD civilian personell and their families. We ask the President to consider immediate relief to these families and extend commissary privileges.
