There aren't enough hours in the day. Everyone knows it. Everyone says it. So why not have more? Time is just a construct, and we would benefit enormously from a little extra.
People rarely feel tired after 16 hours. If they were able to move freely about for another few they would be much more productive.
Who has time to have fun when there's so much work to do? Everyone with a 31 hour day. Who can fit a work out or time to cook healthy meals into their schedule? You can now. There never seems to be any time to sit with the kids, but if you had another 6 hours...
