Extend FMLA coverage to organizations under 50 people and other family members as well as caregivers that are not family

Created by D.Z. on January 06, 2015

FMLA needs to be expanded to include siblings, cousins or anyone else that is in a care giving role. FMLA does not protect a large majority of people.
