Extend the grants for students who are low income, that can not get student loans,that are close to getting their degree

This will extend the limit on getting grants, if you are a low income student, that can not afford to pay tuition out of pocket, that are maxed on student loans and do not qualify for a private loan, who are close to obtaining a degree for a career.
