My organization give only ten business days to add, remove or make changes to my benefits, even though our benefits have been completly changed. Management has sent emails stating the changes but during several of our 'town-hall' meetings, several questions remain unanswered since the changes were not finalized.
Eviction notices, organizations to send W-2, and several other policies have more time to prepare, review, and send the required paperwork but many organizations give a week or two to decide how much your family should be covered for the next year. Since we can't enrolled at any point within the year (except for for changes in family status), we should have more time to decide in live changes events.
