Mr. President, please issue an executive order extending immigration and partnership rights to binational gay couples.
Currently, American citizens can marry foreign nationals, obtain fiancé visas for them, and fast-track them for citizenship. Same-sex couples have no such rights, and they are faced with few options and hard choices.
