Extend an invitation to Vladimir Putin and Stephen Harper to merge the United States, Canada, and Russia.

Three of the most prosperous and politically powerful countries in the world could join together to become an economic mega-power. With oil and precious metals from Russia and Canada, and grain and salt from the United States, it is possible that our exports would exceed our imports. The United States and Russia, so long suspicious of each other, could finally be true partners. Canada would be able to cement its good relations with the United States and gain access to more hospitable land through Russia and the United States. Together, these three countries, united as one, could do just about anything. That is why I beg of you, President Obama, to ask Vladimir Putin and Stephen Harper to consider this proposal, and make the world a better place.
