Since telemarketers are completely ignoring the Federal and State Do-Not-Call lists it's obvious drastic action must be taken thus we need a mandatory death penalty as punishment for ignoring Federal and State laws regarding telemarketing.
Also, since Government is short of funds at all levels anyone convicted under anti-telemarketing laws of any kind should forfeit all assets (including retirement assets an children's college funds, etc).
