Extend the March 31, 2014 deadline for health insurance sign ups. Important for folks to have the ability to live.

Since there have been so many glitches with the sign ups for health insurance, website not up and working 100% of the time (see down time on February 7th), the inability for the toll free number to enroll folks over the phone, paper applications taking too long, etc. ACA folks who do not completely understand questions when asked by enrollees and helpers, which is delaying complete sign ups. If truly the whole goal is to get folks healthcare coverage, I would petition to have the deadline extended into the early summer at the very least. If you count the poor roll out of the ACA initially, it is only fair there would be an extension. Death is not an option and with so many folks needing coverage to just basically stay alive. Extend the deadline!!
