extend Medicare as a single-payer system to all ages in those states which refuse to set up health care exchanges.

Many state governors have indicated that they will ignore the mandate of the Affordable Health Care Act to create health care exchanges to give the American public the freedom to be able to choose affordable health care insurance, I respectfully petition the federal government to prosecute these governors for contempt of the law and I respectfully petition the federal government to expand Medicare to all ages as a single-payer health insurance plan in lieu of the absence of health care exchanges.
