To extend the people's voter rights to nationally vote on major political issues that the government has failed to provide the people with a clear and consistent law to follow throughout the nation. It is unjustifiable that in cases such as recreational marijuana use, concealed carry permits, and abortion to name a few, that an individual can legally participate in these actions in some locations in the nation, but can be arrested, prosecuted, and incarcerated for the same actions in other locations in the same nation. Since the federal and state governments cannot come to an explicit agreement on such policies, the only reasonable and logical solution is to have these policies be determined by the people in a national majority vote.
