Extend the Privilege of Citizenship to Qualified High School Seniors.

Created by B.K. on February 19, 2013

Senior year in high school is stressful for everyone. Between balancing school work, applying to colleges and universities, and dealing with life at home, it can really take a toll on an individual. In the case of non-citizen students (that immigrated legally of course) this can be an even more hectic time period.

I am petitioning the Obama administration to extend the citizenship application to qualified high school students. By doing so they would l make the transition from high school to a college, university, job, or wherever a lot easier and would also open new doors as far as scholarships go.

This will only be available to students who have demonstrated an impressive academic record, contributed to their community, and a have displayed a good character and set of morals.
