Extend the Spectrum Group development of Closure Risk Assessment for each military base in the state to include Colorado

Currently the State of Virginia is undergoing a Closure Risk Assessment for each military base in the state. Spectrum Group, an Alexandria-based company is developing the assessment. The Spectrum Group is doing similar work for the state of Alabama and Florida to save on Defense spending. Colorado has multiple military bases (Buckley AFB, Peterson AFB, The Air Force Academy, Cheyenne Mountain, Schriever AFB, and Fort Carson Army Base), which equates to a rather large amount of Defense spending. Base Realignment and Closure (BRaC) of some/all of these installations would make since to save on Government spending.
