Extend state's unemployment benefits to US Veteran's filing disability claim until US Veteran's Administration rules.

Created by K.M. on December 05, 2012

Many Military Veterans are losing their unemployment benefits prior to the Veteran's Administration ruling on their disability claim. This has got to stop.

The US Veteran's Administration and the States' Unemployment Offices must ensure these Veterans filing a disability claim continue to receive unemployment benefits until the US Veteran's Administration final ruling.

Veteran's should not be forced to find work until the US Veteran's Administration rules on their claim.

We are America and these two systems, Veteran Administration and Unemployement, should be partnered to ensure our Veterans are taken care of today and tomorrow for our members of the Military, Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, Coast Guard, National Guard, and Army Reserve.
