Extend the Statute of Limitation For Poor and Disabled People, Wanting to Seek Restitution for Violations Against Them.

We ask the Obama administration to extend the Statute of Limitation for the poor and mentally disabled, who through violations by institutions such as, but not limited to D.S.S./C.P.S. have suffered abuse, such as false imprisonment, plea bargains, malicious prosecution and/or handling by the DOC, Jails, Officers, Etc. and are seeking restitution for abuse, abuse of power, brutality and that also from paid or Public Defenders for failure to fully represent, that the law of bribes taken against any poor or disabled person, by council to not, slack or misrepresent them, be a priority of enforcement/punishment to them and restitution to their client/victim, that judges upholding such offenses be terminated, for no SOL against anyone unable to make competent, legal decisions at time of case.
