Extend Statute of Limitation to Poor and Mentally Disabled, for Lawsuits Against Public Defenders and Other Officials.

We ask for a new Statute of Limitation on law suits for poor and mentally disabled people, who through the use of state public defenders have been abused by the system, such as false imprisonment, false confessions, plea bargains, malicious prosecution, etc. That the law of bribes received or made against any poor or disabled person, (whether their disability was temporary or permanent,) by any lawyer, public defender or government institution, such as C.P.S. or D.S.S., etc., be a priority of enforcement/punishment to them and restitution for their client/victim. That judges upholding such practices, be asked or made to step down. That there be no SOL against anyone unable to make competent decisions or any person lacking financial means to hire competent, legal counsel at time of defense.
