Extend The Statute of Limitation to Poor and Mentally Disabled People, For Law Suits Against Lawyers, Institutions etc.

We ask for an extended Statute of Limitation for law suits for poor and mentally disabled people, who through use of state or paid attorneys, have been abused by the system, such as; false imprisonment, confessions, plea bargains; malicious prosecution etc., that the law of bribes taken against any poor or disabled person (whether their disability be temporary or permanent) by any lawyer, public defender or goverment institution, such as D.S.S./CPS etc. to slack, not or misrepresent them, be a priority of enforcement/punishment to them and restitution to their client/victim, that judges who uphold such practices be made to step down, for no SOL against anyone unable to make competent, legal decisions or any person lacking financial means to hire competent, legal counsel at time of defense.
