Extend The Statute of Limitation For Poor and Mentally Disabled, Seeking Justice for Abuse by Officials or Institutions.

We ask the Obama Administration for an Extended Statute of Limitation for poor or mentally disabled people seeking restitution, who through the use of attorneys, institutions or government agencies have been abused by the system, such as false imprisonment, coerced confessions, plea bargains, malicious prosecution, race related or otherwise, that the law of bribes made or received against any poor or disabled person (whether their disability was permanent or temporary,) by any public defender or government agency, such as D.S.S. to slack, not, or misrepresent them be a priority of enforcement to them and restitution to their victim, that judges upholding this, be asked to step down, no SOL against anyone unable to make competent decisions or lacking means to hire counsel at time of case.
