Extend The Statute Of Limitations To Poor and Disabled People Seeking Restitution For Offenses

We ask the Obama Administration to extend The Statute of Limitation on law suits, to poor and mentally disabled people, who by use of public defenders have been abused by the system, through false imprisonment, false confessions, pleas, malicious prosecution, etc, that the law of bribes taken or made, against any poor/disabled person (whether the disability be permanent or not) by any lawyer, public defender or government institution, such as D.S.S., to slack, not, or misrepresent the poor/disabled, be a priority of enforcement/punishment to them and restitution to the victim, that judges upholding such practices be made to step down, for no SOL against anyone unable to make competent, legal decisions or any person lacking financial means to hire competent legal counsel at time of defense.
