Extend the Statute of Limitations to the Poor and Mentally Disabled for Taking Civil Action, Complaints or Lawsuits.

We ask that the Obama administration create a new deadline for the Statute of Limitation for poor and disabled people to take out actions and law suits against state public defenders and other officials or establishments who have violated them, such as by not giving them the best defense possible and other violations of their rights. We ask restitution for the victim and a national law against bribes taken by any attorney against the poor or disabled, (whether their disability was temporary or permanent) not to represent them or give them the best defense possible and possible jail time for those found guilty. We ask judges upholding such practices be eliminated. No SOL for anyone unable to make competent decisions or lacking financial means to hire competent legal counsel during defense.
