It is patently unfair (not to mention MIND BOGGLING) to see Obama care REMOVE the tax credits to help pay Insurance premiums for those UNDER the poverty level!! There are MILLIONS of US citizens who do NOT qualify for medicare in their state even though they are under the poverty level but they are still required BY LAW to spend THOUSANDS of $$ a year (25-50% of their total income) or be fined WITHOUT any tax credits. Why is President Obama sacrificing the poor to get back at those states which did NOT expand Medicare??
PLEASE allow ANY income level below the poverty level to receive the tax credits so the working poor & struggling small business people can maintain the same dignity that is afforded to the poor at & slightly above the poverty label.
