extend the Teacher Loan Forgiveness program to include dates prior to 1998.

I would like to see the Teacher Loan Forgiveness program include people whose loans were originated prior to 1998. The current cutoff excludes many of us who are working hard in low income schools or in hard to fill teaching areas. By opening this program to all current teachers who are working in qualifying positions that they have held for 5 or more years it distributes the benefit more equitably and demonstrates an understanding for the challenges teachers in these positions face.
