Bill Clinton was the smartest, most innovative, fiscally responsible president we have had in decades. The law against three term presidents stems from the paranoia of our Founding Fathers against dictatorship. Let us rescind this stumbling block against bringing back an American legend, and let us remove this out dated law from keeping strong, effective presidents, in office.
