Extend term on mortgages to 80 years, limiting to people who gets married just once. Reactivation will star then.

Created by B.D. on October 26, 2011

In Europe due to expensive housing, most mortgages are hereditary, normally to 80 years term. If we get it in US, downpayment will be low if any. Monthly payment will be around $400.00. The construction will be reactivated, as well Real Estate. Many jobs will be created. Of course, we'll need a rule: we have to limit this benefit to people who get married just once to avoid business people buying all properties. Many will say; "But now we born with a debt" It's true, but now we born with debt also but without any property in most cases. I think it's a good strategy to reactivate the Economy. I have written this suggestion also in The Miami Herald (newspaper of Miami) and in my Blog www.EconomyRecovery.blogspot.com, where you can see other good ideas.
