Extend unemployment compensation benefits through 2014 and add additional Tiers and training after Tier 3 that will pay for government training for jobs in demand and assist in the placement of training participants in targeted occupations and pay the unemployed worker their regular compensation while undergoing training after Extended Benefits has been exhausted.
