Living in small towns like Johnstown, PA finding and keeping a full-time job without traveling long distance is almost impossible. Most jobs around here are part-time as in fast food, Walmart, bars or taverns. Even the Defense companies have cut back so much it left many families losing the one high income that they had. Who can afford rent, bills, food, gas to get to work, kids or much else on working not one but two or more part-time jobs.
