The people that belong to construction unions rely on unemployment when their hall is slow. Un-like most people, who have to fill out applications for employment, we have a job it just has it's down time but, we are on call. So, we cannot work for someone else and get called by our hall for a job. Cause, then we would have to quit. I've had personal experience with this. It's part of our livelihood. But, we are always on and off of work adding into unemployment benefits.
