To extend the VRAP program to 24 months from the 12 month limit to allow proper training for our veterans to get much needed jobs that are the most needed. If you look into most of the VRAP jobs they all have more than 12 months of training. when written it did not take into consideration of prerequisite courses that can take 6 months or more.so they excluded universities such as mine Saint Louis University. We as veteran should have the right to choose a catholic University or any religions university and still receive this benefit. It is only as of today $1473.00 per month.
