We the people ask Barry.O to make a public declaration to all females that white pants and summer dresses need not be shelved post-Labor Day weekend but to be worn mid- to late-October.
In Autumn 1870, Ulysses S. Grant declared a women's national holiday of white pants/shorts and summer dresses to be worn during Summer and Fall months as a tribute to those lost in the Civil War and sexy thighs. As Memorial Day and Labor Day were created after the fact by those dicks Lyndon Johnson and Grover Cleveland (thanks, Grover), recognition of this period was shortened to formally become a Memorial through Labor Day celebration of thighs and sun tans.
