Extending Federal Aid For The Poor and Lower Middle Class College Students and Disabling Colleges From Raising Tuitions.

I am petitioning President Obama concerning the poor and lower middle-class college students who are receiving federal aid in order to attend college and pursue their dreams, but some are not able to attend or finish college due to the limitations that are placed on students receiving financial aid such as exceeding the federal aid amounts authorized for undergraduates due to the colleges raising students tuition by $300.00 to $600.00 each and every semester which only takes away from their federal aid that the student will be responsible to pay back in the end and one problem with this is that students are forced to fail because they either do not have credit, have poor credit due to the economy or have no co-signer to help with getting a loan. Extended Aid for Undergraduates is needed.
