The Extension of Power to the Outgoing U.S. President

This petition is to enable the current sitting president of the United States to provide the American people with a vision or visions and strategies, then enforce such visions and strategies (even after the President's term in office). Such vision(s) and strategies, would be enforced, if the majority of the American people support and vote for the exiting president's vision(s) and strategies on certain issues, such as decreasing income inequality. This petition would enable the current sitting president to see through with his/ her vision even after his/ her presidency, since it will be by the will of the American people to give the exiting president power to do so.
