Exterminate The Ghetto Black Population AKA Niggers

Ok this is not to exterminate all black people but just some way of getting rid of niggers. They add no value to America what so ever they clog the cities fill them with drugs and cost us money. We pay for their schooling which they don't pay attention and instead disrupt the classes and start fights. They cause us to have more police trying to find them doing countless illegal things to continue on "hustlin." We give them welfare checks to help them feed there children but instead they spend it on their "hustle", drugs or designer products. Instead of on what there children need. Clearly if evolution was in play and we did not help these people out it would be natural selection and their mentality would have them dead with in a year. I say we exterminate cage or send off the beasts.
