Thousands of people so far have been killed in government sponsored extra-judicial killings of suspected drug users in the Philippines without any due process of law by a financially dependent ally of the United State of America.
I understand the Philippines is a strategic ally but there should be a cost to such terrible behavior.
I would like to petition the US Government to take a stand against and condemn this terrible abuse against an often innocent civilian population, to make clear that it is unacceptable in this day and age, to the whole world.
