In accordance with U.S. law, and to OPENLY AND PUBLICLY determine any guilt in the apparent crime(s) committed by Edward J Snowden, the United States should seek his immediate extradition from Hong Kong.
Snowden claims the NSA is acting illegally. The U.S. maintains it is acting legally and that Snowden revealed sensitive programs and by doing so, negatively impacted our security and safety. The truth either way must be determined for all to know.
The charges and trial should be made fully open to the public so that the culpability of the suspect, or the malfeasance of the U.S. government, is firmly established in court for all to see.
The public has the right to know if Snowden is a principled conscientious objector or just a grandstanding traitor.
