He was guilty of abusing Korean-boy in USA. He was very mean and dirty person. But he escaped from USA and now he stays in Korea. So he is not under the USA law and he has not been given any punishment. His news was announced a week ago. We Korean all are upset. Please extradite Jae Phil Ahn from Republic of Korea.
