Kevin Dahlgren is a US citizen who is suspected of the brutal murder of a family of four during his stay in the Czech Republic. He fled to the United States before he could even be questioned by the Czech police. Upon the request of the Czech Ministry of Justice, he should be returned to the Czech Republic to face charges, rather than released in the United States.
