All Students, especially F 1' s or those who have paid thousands of dollars in education should be allowed automatically to gain employment, and adjust/change status 90 days after completion of their 3 or 4 year education if they are NOT sponsored by any government or group for their education.
Reasons: If you are NOT sponsored by any agency or government, you have the right to decide where in the world you want to leave in.
Moneys that the person spend is NOT financial aid from governments or any agency.
Know law should hold the free movement of people because they are NOT slaves to any government or agency.
Those student after their education needs to pay their family back and if they decide to go back /or stay that their choice.
