International Students on F1 visa must be allowed minimum 3 years of EAD (work authorization) excluding CPT (Full time Carrier Practical Training).
As F1 Students invest significan amount of money in United states' Universities and schools in return they must be given enough time to benefit from their invested money. They should not be psychologically indirectly forced to change the status to H1B Visa.
And F2 Dependents , if they have Masters/Phd education and work experience , must be allowed work authorization EAD.
It is injustice ; not to give an enough opportunity without psychological stress to get returns of invested money in US universities/colleges.
