Have the FAA ban all incoming and outgoing commercial civilian airline flights accept chartered aircraft appropriately provisioned for safe and efficant medical evacuation purposes of US nationals, members of NGO's and air ambulance companies with proper Biolevel 4 HAZMAT certifications experienced with transporting patients with seriously and often deadly pathogens.until the ebola outbreak is contained or burns itself out.

The Ebola virus has reached unprecedented epidemic proportions in West Africa, and has been joined by another unrelated concurrent outbreak in the Congo. Experts had stated it was 'highly unlikely' that ebola would show up on American soil. But now it has, in the City of Dallas and allowed to spread due to poor triage in the Emergency Dept.
