Forcing them to buy insurance or pay a fine, which leads the IRS to gain 48 Billion dollars of Americans money in FINES alone, PER YEAR. Also, it forces Americans to pay on the upwards of 480 billion a year to only a few designated insurance companies if all Americans used the Exchange for their insurance, which most believe they have to.
