If the American people wanted Obamacare, then a law wouldn't be needed forcing everyone to pay for it.
According to Article V of the U.S. Constitution, if 2/3 of all states submit a bill to congress, then Congress MUST submit a drafted bill to all 50 states for ratification. This process requires that only 3/4 of all states vote in favor of the proposed bill before the bill can be made into an Amendment.
We the people propose a 28th Amendment be added to the U.S. Constitution repealing Obama Care and making any other future from of federal mandated healthcare a felony and an impeachable offense.
