Facebook is discriminating against LGBT because of their "real name" policy.

Created by A.G. on September 14, 2015

Facebook's policy of using a given name if discriminatory against LGBT individual. After being shown sufficient identification and confirming one's identity, they are forcing transgender individuals to use their former names effectively repressing their rights as regards to freedom of speech/freedom of expression. Facebook as a corporation in the United States is bound to follow the Constitution of the United States of America, The First Amendment in this case - their current actions are abridging the freedom of speech in a disparaging amount against LGBT individuals more than any other group.
