Facilitate and endorse the abolition of the Internal Revenue Service

We the people request that the administration endorse and facilitate by any means available (Exec Orders, Congressional outreach, etc), the abolition of the Internal Revenue Service. In its place, we ask that the states be tasked, via their existing revenue departments, with the collection of funds previously collected by the IRS, the amounts to be billed by the Dept of the Treasury, with such funds then forwarded directly to the Department of the Treasury by the state revenue departments. We ask that the approx 12 billion dollars per year in savings (what the IRS spends to collect taxes each year), be deducted from the amount otherwise collected, as a form of stimulus to the American economy. Let's eliminate this unnecessary agency, the annual task & the pain it creates for Americans.
