Facilitate disconnection of Russian banks from SWIFT

This petition aims to prevent an ongoing aggression of Russia against the people of Ukraine and international community. We believe that the Russian Federation bears full criminal responsibility for: 1. Annexation of the territory of Ukraine (Crimea) that was based on the illegal use of force; 2. Attack of Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 by Russia-supported terrorist organizations (namely, DNR/LNR) where a leader of DNR is a Russian citizen, Igor Girkin (aka. Strelkov); 3. Continuing Kremlin's support of Russian and pro-Russian terrorists that operate over the territory of Ukraine. We believe that disconnection of the Russian banks, like Iranian banks in 2012, from global money transfer system SWIFT is one of a few the most effective sanctions against the Kremlin's international aggression.
